In the society in which we live in today, men suffer from a chronical disease called low testosterone.
This is not to blame genetics or what have you. This is purely by choice.
We booze too much.
Gorge too much.
Spend too much time vegetating in front of a TV, Phone, or Laptop.
Now there are test boosters out there that can aid in this problem, but they tend to be counter-productive in the long-run.
And it all adds up. Every little thing that you do on a daily basis adds up over time, and the process never stops.
It’s why Nassim wrote a book called, “The Slight Edge” and this book outlines this very process.
The fact that every little decision you make, adds up and overtime these little decisions define the outcome of your life.
Often times, people think that adopting a new behavior will pay dividends instantaneously but that’s not how life works.
You know, it took 3 billion years for life to evolve from a single cell organism to the higher intelligence and highly complex species that is the Homo Sapiens Sapiens genome (human beings).
It takes years to see the results of every single little decision we take on a daily basis.
Whether for good or for worse.
Spend 1 hour every day of your life for 1 watching TV.
Then have a friend spend that same hour every day for 1 year, going to the gym.
Watch the results.
Now do this same process with learning a skill, reading a book, meditating, and eating healthy.
Slowly implement these habits over the course of a year or two and then watch 5 years down the road how your life will change.
If you learn sales, you will make 100X more money than you do now.
If you eat healthy, you will have more vitality and energy than you do now.
If you read a book, you will be 10X more creative and intelligent than you are now.
If you meditate you will be 100X more present and stress-free than you are now.
If you go to the gym, you will look EXPONENTIALLY better than you do now.
If you learn social skills, you will have 100X more friends and a much more satisfying love life than you have now.
And you can apply this concept to any area of your life.
But it takes work. And it takes doing.
No thinking. Doing.
The learning curve is vast and it can be frustrating, but if you do the work – you will reap the benefits.
You reap what you sow.
So planet some great crops and come harvest you’re going to be fucking ON.
That’s life, that’s how success happens.
See, if you have 10 farmers that account for the entire human population – this is exactly what will happen.
5 of those farmers will claim the job to be too hard and they’ll quit right away.
1 farmer will spend too much time reading about it and theorizing too much without doing.
1 farmer will do enough but will quit in frustration before harvest.
1 farmer will not do enough (half-ass) and come harvest he’s going to have too little.
1 farmer will do just enough and stick through all the way to have a subsistent amount.
1 farmer will go all out, read, learn, adjust, stick through all the way and reap the fucking rewards.
THAT, is how you become successful.
